Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and submit monthly progress claims for construction projects
- Conduct detailed quantity takeoff and measurement of works
- Perform comprehensive cost estimation and budgeting for projects
- Monitor project progress and assess payment requirements
- Manage contracts and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
- Analyze project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Prepare tender documents and bid proposals
- Liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and suppliers
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Professional certification (e.g., RICS, IQS) is preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying or contract execution
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procedures
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software and tools
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
