Tanggung Jawab
- Manage project cost control, including tender preparation, contract administration, and final accounts
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, assess variations, and prepare valuation reports
- Advise on contractual claims, risk mitigation, and dispute resolution strategies
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project alignment
- Mentor junior surveyors and implement best practices in quantity surveying methodologies
- Prepare monthly cost forecasts and reports for stakeholder review
- Ensure compliance with building regulations, safety standards, and contractual obligations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial/residential construction projects
- Professional accreditation (e.g., RICS, MQS) preferred
- Expertise in FIDIC contracts and Singaporean building regulations
- Advanced proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., WinQS, CostX)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
