- Prepare detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities for construction projects
- Manage the entire tender submission process from initial preparation to final submission
- Analyze construction documents, drawings, and specifications to identify potential cost implications
- Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotes to ensure competitive pricing and value for money
- Develop comprehensive tender strategies that align with company objectives and client requirements
- Ensure all tender submissions comply with contractual requirements and industry regulations
- Collaborate with project teams to identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards
- Prepare tender reports and post-tender analysis to inform future bidding strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in quantity surveying with focus on tender preparation
- Professional certification such as RICS or equivalent is highly desirable
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in numerical work
- Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication and negotiation skills for dealing with clients and suppliers
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
