Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender documents for civil construction projects
- Conduct thorough quantity take-offs and measurement of civil works
- Analyze project specifications and technical drawings to ensure accurate cost planning
- Collaborate with design teams and subcontractors during the pre-tender stage
- Review and validate bills of quantities (BOQ) and cost schedules
- Provide cost advice and value engineering recommendations to optimize project budgets
- Monitor market trends and material costs to ensure competitive pricing
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to resolve tender-related queries
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying for civil projects
- Professional qualification (e.g., MRICS, SISV, or equivalent) is highly advantageous
- Proficiency in QS software packages and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's construction industry standards and regulations
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills with keen attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines
