We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team. This position offers an attractive salary package of SGD 6,000-7,500 per month, depending on your qualifications and experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities for M&E projects
- Advise on procurement strategies and contractor selection processes
- Manage and administer construction contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Prepare and analyze monthly valuations and payment certificates
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents and contract negotiations
- Provide cost management advice throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure all financial records are accurately maintained and reported
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with at least 2 years in a senior role
- Professional certification such as RICS or equivalent is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of M&E systems and construction methods
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working on diverse project types in the Singapore construction industry
