Join Experian in Cyberjaya as a Senior R2R Acquisition Analyst and play a pivotal role in our Global Financial Services (GFS) division. We are seeking a strategic thinker to lead the end-to-end record-to-report (R2R) processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence. In this key position, you will collaborate closely with the Finance GFS delivery lead to identify critical tasks, mitigate financial risks, and drive continuous process improvements. You will be responsible for identifying delivery gaps and providing high-level progress updates to stakeholders. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the identification and delivery of core GFS R2R tasks, ensuring timely completion against business plans.
- Monitor and manage financial risks associated with acquisition processes, proposing effective mitigants.
- Provide regular, high-quality progress updates and status reports to the Finance GFS delivery lead and wider stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline R2R workflows and enhance data integrity.
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes with specific focus on acquisition data reconciliation.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency gains within the finance function.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and relevant regulatory standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in R2R accounting, specifically within the Acquisition or Financial Services sector.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems is essential.
- Proven track record of identifying delivery risks and implementing mitigating strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to senior leadership.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and advanced financial reporting tools.
