Are you a detail-oriented finance professional looking to take your career to the next level? Eastvantage is seeking a Senior R2R Analyst to lead our financial operations. In this pivotal role, you will own the end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) cycle, specifically focusing on cash management and general accounting within our SAP S/4HANA environment. You will ensure data integrity, drive month-end close accuracy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full R2R cycle, including general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and month-end close procedures in SAP S/4HANA.
- Manage cash management activities, including bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring to ensure accurate liquidity reporting.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and regulatory accounting standards.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of general ledger accounts and intercompany transactions.
- Drive process improvements to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of financial reporting systems.
- Support external and internal audit requirements by providing timely and accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with the finance team to resolve complex accounting discrepancies and financial reporting issues.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in R2R processes, with specific expertise in Cash Management and General Accounting.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (FICO module) is highly preferred.
- Experience leading month-end close processes and managing year-end audits.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and other ERP systems.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) is a strong plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a high attention to detail.
