Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end transaction management for complex real estate portfolios including due diligence, negotiation, and closing processes
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (legal, finance, valuation) to ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation
- Develop transaction strategies and timelines for high-value commercial/residential properties
- Manage stakeholder relationships including investors, developers, and institutional clients
- Prepare and review critical transaction documentation (SPA, LOI, disclosure statements)
- Analyze market trends and financial models to support investment decisions
- Report transaction progress and KPIs to senior management and executive committees
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field; MBA/CFA/RICS preferred
- 8+ years' experience in real estate transaction management with exposure to Singapore market
- Proven track record managing high-value commercial/residential transactions (>$50M)
- Deep understanding of Singapore property regulations (URA, URA, REIT frameworks)
- Expertise in transaction due diligence, risk assessment, and contract structuring
- Strong financial modeling and valuation analysis skills
- Advanced proficiency in transaction management software (Argus, Yardi)
