Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the front desk operations, ensuring a warm and professional welcome for all visitors, employees, and VIP guests.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries, handling incoming calls, emails, and walk-ins with grace and efficiency.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting room bookings, and office logistics to support internal operations.
  • Maintain a pristine, welcoming, and organized reception area that reflects company standards.
  • Oversee mail distribution, courier services, and front-office supplies procurement.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of office-wide events or visitor protocols.
  • Provide professional administrative assistance to management as required.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a professional reception, concierge, or administrative role.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory to support our diverse client base.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a commitment to high-level customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
