  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to meet organizational growth objectives

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in fast-paced environments
  • Proven expertise in sourcing technical talent and building diverse pipelines
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment metrics and data-driven decision making
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Certification in recruitment (e.g., CIPD, SHRM-SCP) preferred
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
