Tanggung Jawab
- Lead full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding for diverse technical and business roles
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to meet organizational growth objectives
- Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, referrals, and professional networks
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications
- Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics for process optimization
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles
- Negotiate offers and manage candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
- Stay updated on industry recruitment trends and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in fast-paced environments
- Proven expertise in sourcing technical talent and building diverse pipelines
- Strong knowledge of recruitment metrics and data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in recruitment (e.g., CIPD, SHRM-SCP) preferred
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in deadline-driven settings
