Your Role with Us
As a Senior Recruiter, you will take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle. You will manage a diverse portfolio of clients, providing strategic talent solutions while driving your own portfolio growth. You will be the primary point of contact for both clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless and professional experience from initial contact through to successful placement. This role offers the perfect blend of hands-on recruitment, business development, and mentorship. You will work closely with our management team to refine our service offerings and contribute directly to the strategic direction of the company.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full 360-degree recruitment cycle, including client acquisition, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiation, and after-placement support.
- Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies utilizing job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Establish and nurture trusted advisory relationships with clients to understand their business needs, company culture, and hiring requirements.
- Conduct competency-based interviews and assessment centres to evaluate candidates' technical skills, cultural fit, and career motivation.
- Provide strategic market insights, salary benchmarks, and talent availability reports to clients to aid their hiring decisions.
- Drive business development by identifying new business opportunities, preparing proposals, and delivering engaging presentations to potential clients.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants, sharing best practices in sourcing, client management, and closing techniques to enhance team performance.
- Maintain meticulous records of all recruitment activities, ensuring compliance with internal standards and Singapore's employment regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a 360-degree recruitment consultant role within an agency environment.
- Business development and sales experience is essential, with a demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs and revenue targets.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Resilient, self-driven, and highly organized, with strong problem-solving abilities and a positive 'can-do' attitude.
- Deep expertise in using modern recruitment technology including ATS (e.g., Bullhorn, JobAdder), CRM tools, and advanced LinkedIn Recruiter search strings.
- In-depth knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, and work pass application processes.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in an additional Asian language is an advantage to serve a wider client base.
