Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and pipeline management to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Partner directly with Australian hiring managers to understand technical requirements, company culture, and specific talent needs.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards) to build a robust pipeline of passive and active candidates.
- Conduct professional phone and video screenings to assess candidate suitability, cultural fit, and technical proficiency.
- Maintain a high-touch candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and professional updates throughout the hiring process.
- Keep the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) updated with accurate candidate data and recruitment metrics.
- Provide regular reporting and talent market insights to clients based on recruitment progress and challenges.
Kualifikasi
- At least 3-5 years of solid experience as a Recruiter, with a strong preference for candidates who have handled international markets (specifically Australia).
- Extensive experience in B2B recruitment or high-volume agency settings.
- Proven ability to source and engage hard-to-find talent for technical or professional roles.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders in the Australian market.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in modern recruiting tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and various ATS platforms.
- Resilient, results-oriented mindset with a clear focus on hitting KPIs and targets.
