- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for electronics engineering roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top talent.
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract passive candidates in the electronics sector.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent requirements and define job specifications.
- Enhance the employer brand through innovative recruitment marketing and engagement strategies.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives in the talent acquisition process.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in a senior role and a focus on electronics/engineering.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting for technical positions in the electronics sector.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools, and technologies, including ATS and sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
