As a Senior Recruiter, you will serve as a strategic partner to our clients, driving end-to-end recruitment life cycles. You will leverage your deep market knowledge, advanced sourcing strategies, and exceptional stakeholder management skills to deliver unparalleled results. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial requisition intake to successful offer negotiation and candidate onboarding.
  • Develop and implement innovative, data-driven sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber passive and active talent.
  • Act as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights and consultation on talent acquisition trends.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates against technical requirements and cultural fit.
  • Maintain a high-touch candidate experience, ensuring clear communication and professional engagement throughout the hiring journey.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to maintain accurate records, track KPIs, and optimize recruitment workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline hiring processes and meet aggressive staffing targets.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of professional recruitment experience, preferably in an agency or fast-paced corporate setting.
  • Demonstrated expertise in sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media recruiting.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions at all levels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high proficiency in English.
  • Ability to thrive in a hybrid, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Deep understanding of the Philippine labor market and employment trends.
