Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial requisition intake to successful offer negotiation and candidate onboarding.
- Develop and implement innovative, data-driven sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber passive and active talent.
- Act as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights and consultation on talent acquisition trends.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates against technical requirements and cultural fit.
- Maintain a high-touch candidate experience, ensuring clear communication and professional engagement throughout the hiring journey.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to maintain accurate records, track KPIs, and optimize recruitment workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline hiring processes and meet aggressive staffing targets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional recruitment experience, preferably in an agency or fast-paced corporate setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media recruiting.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions at all levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high proficiency in English.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Deep understanding of the Philippine labor market and employment trends.
