Tanggung Jawab

  • Execute full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding candidates.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media (LinkedIn), and professional networks, to build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Conduct engaging phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective job descriptions.
  • Manage candidate relationships through clear and timely communication, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Track recruitment metrics and KPIs to ensure targets are met and processes are continuously improved.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting methodologies and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and persuasive tone.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting tools.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a remote-first setting.
