Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and market positioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share candidate information and support recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networking, to identify passive candidates.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools and recruitment trends.
- Negotiate offers and ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs regarding placement success and candidate satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a consultancy or corporate setting.
- Proven track record of successful placements and a strong network of industry contacts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
