- Lead and mentor a team of recruitment consultants, fostering a high-performance culture
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
- Analyze recruitment metrics and implement improvements to enhance efficiency
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of recruitment goals with business objectives
- Drive business development activities to expand client base and revenue
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a team leadership role
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing recruitment teams
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, talent acquisition, and employer branding
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and data to drive decision-making
- Experience with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
