You will act as a talent advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights and delivering a seamless candidate experience from initial outreach to successful onboarding. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies for various roles.
- Proactively source passive candidates through professional networks, job boards, social media platforms, and database mining.
- Conduct in-depth competency-based interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with hiring protocols.
- Provide regular updates and analytical reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
- Champion a positive employer brand through professional candidate communication and stakeholder engagement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within a corporate or high-volume environment.
- Proven expertise in sourcing strategies, including LinkedIn Recruiter and other specialized professional platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern recruitment technology tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment in Makati City.
