Tanggung Jawab
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier tech talent across multiple channels
- Collaborate with department heads to define staffing requirements and build comprehensive talent pipelines
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment journey ensuring exceptional experience
- Analyze recruitment metrics and optimize processes to improve hiring efficiency and quality
- Utilize ATS platforms to track candidates, manage applications, and generate recruitment reports
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and competitive compensation benchmarks
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience with emphasis on technical roles
- Proven expertise in sourcing passive candidates through professional networks and digital platforms
- Strong proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM tools
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment
- Experience managing recruitment projects with clear deliverables and timelines
- Deep understanding of Philippine tech talent landscape and industry compensation structures
