  • Collaborate with department heads to define staffing requirements and build comprehensive talent pipelines
  • Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment journey ensuring exceptional experience
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and optimize processes to improve hiring efficiency and quality
  • Utilize ATS platforms to track candidates, manage applications, and generate recruitment reports
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and competitive compensation benchmarks

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience with emphasis on technical roles
  • Proven expertise in sourcing passive candidates through professional networks and digital platforms
  • Strong proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM tools
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment
  • Experience managing recruitment projects with clear deliverables and timelines
  • Deep understanding of Philippine tech talent landscape and industry compensation structures
