We're seeking an experienced professional to drive our recruitment strategy across diverse technical and operational roles. In this critical position, you'll shape our employer brand, implement innovative sourcing techniques, and ensure we attract top-tier talent aligned with our organizational goals. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage end-to-end recruitment processes while maintaining compliance with industry standards and local labor regulations. You'll collaborate closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment campaigns. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in full-cycle recruitment, candidate relationship management, and data-driven recruitment analytics to optimize our hiring outcomes.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments for cultural fit and technical competencies
- Prepare recruitment reports and metrics to track hiring effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and labor regulations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 35 years of age
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology or related field
- 3-5 years of professional recruitment experience
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with recruitment software and ATS platforms
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
