Allegis Global Solutions (AGS) is seeking a talented Senior Research Analyst to join its Market Insights Team, the insights and research Center of Excellence. In this role, you will leverage advanced research methodologies and data analysis to provide actionable insights that drive talent acquisition strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client solutions with market intelligence, competitor analysis, and workforce trends. This is a dayshift position based in Pasig City, Metro Manila, offering a dynamic environment where your contributions directly impact business decisions and client success.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-depth research on talent markets, industry trends, and competitor activities
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to produce insightful reports and presentations
- Support the development of market insights for client engagements and internal initiatives
- Utilize various research tools and databases to gather relevant workforce intelligence
- Collaborate with team members to refine research methodologies and improve data accuracy
- Prepare and deliver clear, concise findings to stakeholders across the organization
- Monitor key metrics and contribute to continuous improvement of research processes
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruitment and HR industry developments
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- At least 3–5 years of experience in research, analytics, or market intelligence, preferably in the recruitment/HR industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies is a plus
- Experience with CRM or research platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Talent Insights) advantageous
