- Conduct comprehensive market analysis and due diligence on technology investments across Southeast Asia
- Develop financial models, valuation frameworks, and risk assessments for tech-focused deals
- Prepare investment memoranda and executive presentations for internal stakeholders and clients
- Identify emerging tech trends and market opportunities in Indonesia's digital economy
- Collaborate with portfolio companies to drive operational improvements and growth strategies
- Monitor regulatory changes impacting technology investments in Indonesia
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and investment committees
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field; Master's preferred
- 5+ years in investment banking, private equity, or venture capital with tech sector focus
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling (DCF, comps, precedent transactions)
- Deep understanding of Indonesia's technology ecosystem and regulatory landscape
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia with strong written/verbal communication
- Experience working with cross-cultural teams in emerging markets
