In this pivotal role, you will lead end-to-end research initiatives, bridging the gap between raw data and actionable intelligence. You will spearhead both qualitative and quantitative research projects, ensuring that our journalism and commercial efforts are grounded in rigorous, evidence-based methodologies. Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead end-to-end research lifecycles, from initial hypothesis formulation and research design to final data visualization and reporting.
  • Execute comprehensive qualitative research, including in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, and ethnographic studies.
  • Conduct robust quantitative research using advanced statistical analysis to track market trends and audience sentiment.
  • Synthesize research findings into actionable executive summaries that guide organizational strategy and editorial direction.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with editorial, marketing, and commercial teams to identify research opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain internal research databases and best practices for data integrity.
  • Mentor junior researchers and oversee the quality control of outsourced data collection efforts.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Social Sciences, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in market research, public opinion polling, or consumer insights.
  • Proven expertise in both qualitative methodologies (IDI, FGD) and quantitative analysis (Survey design, SPSS/R/Python).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets and identify hidden patterns.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • High proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
