- Deliver exceptional customer service by providing personalized product recommendations and travel solutions
- Drive sales through effective demonstration of product features, benefits, and technological innovations
- Manage sales transactions, inventory control, and visual merchandising standards
- Train and mentor junior sales staff on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Analyze sales trends and identify opportunities to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with store management to achieve sales targets and operational excellence
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and build long-term client relationships
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience in premium/luxury goods sector
- Strong passion for travel products and fashion accessories
- Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Basic proficiency in retail management systems and POS software
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages beneficial
