Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales performance by proactively engaging with customers to understand their travel needs.
- Provide expert product demonstrations, highlighting the technological and design advantages of our luggage and accessories.
- Maintain high standards of store visual merchandising to reflect the premium Samsonite brand image.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment, stock takes, and maintaining organized stockrooms.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and after-sales service with professionalism and empathy.
- Mentor and guide junior sales staff to ensure team KPIs and service standards are met consistently.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in premium fashion, luggage, or luxury goods.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak Mandarin is a significant advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed personal and store sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required by the retail shift schedule.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems.
