- Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to enhance the shopping experience
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising to maintain store presentation standards
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and loyalty
- Assist in training and mentoring junior sales associates to maintain high service standards
- Participate in store operations including opening and closing procedures
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in footwear or lifestyle products
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent product knowledge and willingness to learn about new product lines
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications
