Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and providing tailored product recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling strategies.
- Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising and store presentation to reflect the brand's premium image.
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention procedures.
- Lead and mentor junior sales associates, providing training and guidance on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regular customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the store management team to execute promotional campaigns and special events.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a retail sales environment, preferably in footwear or fashion.
- Strong passion for footwear and lifestyle products with the ability to stay updated on current fashion trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
- Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
- Strong teamwork and leadership qualities, with the ability to work well under pressure.
