We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Revenue Accountant to join our dynamic team at Allegis Group. This critical role will oversee all month-end close activities for the Revenue Operations team, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with global accounting standards. You will be instrumental in driving revenue recognition best practices, supporting strategic initiatives, and maintaining robust internal controls. As a key member of our finance department, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex revenue-related challenges while contributing to process improvements that enhance operational efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead month-end close activities for revenue operations, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with revenue recognition standards (ASC 606, IFRS 15) and company policies
- Analyze and interpret revenue trends to provide insights for business stakeholders
- Collaborate with sales, contracts, and operations teams to resolve revenue recognition issues
- Support external audits and SOX compliance initiatives
- Develop and implement revenue accounting processes and controls
- Maintain and reconcile complex revenue-related accounts
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in revenue accounting, preferably in multinational environments
- Expert knowledge of revenue recognition principles and accounting standards
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and accounting software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with month-end close processes and financial reporting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
