Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end Record-to-Report (RTR) process, ensuring all financial activities are executed accurately and within stipulated timelines.
- Perform complex monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, including journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulatory requirements and international accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
- Lead the preparation of financial reports, management packs, and variance analysis to support business performance reviews.
- Manage intercompany reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors during statutory audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements within the finance function to streamline operations.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior finance team members on complex accounting matters.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or MICPA.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in RTR, General Ledger, or similar corporate finance roles.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and reporting.
- Solid understanding of IFRS and local statutory financial reporting requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Strong command of English, with the ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage tight deadlines, and adapt to changing business priorities.
