- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge, recommendations, and personalized assistance
- Process sales transactions accurately while maintaining cash handling procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment with warehouse teams
- Execute visual merchandising standards to enhance product presentation
- Collaborate with sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Contribute to store operations through daily opening/closing procedures
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
- Basic proficiency in sales software and POS systems
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational certification in retail preferred
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg
