Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales performance by engaging customers, understanding their needs, and effectively recommending products and services.
- Accurately process all forms of payment, including cash, credit cards, debit cards, and e-wallet transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Handle daily banking transactions, sales reconciliation, and ensure timely and accurate deposits.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge across all merchandise categories to provide informed assistance to customers.
- Ensure the store’s visual merchandising standards are met, contributing to an attractive and organized shopping environment.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving, stocking, organizing, and conducting regular stock counts.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for every customer.
- Support and mentor junior sales associates, sharing best practices and contributing to team development and cohesion.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced retail or customer service environment.
- Strong understanding of cash handling procedures, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and various payment methods (credit, debit, e-wallets).
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly, professional, and customer-centric approach.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking effectively in a dynamic setting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.
- A passion for retail, strong work ethic, and a proactive attitude towards learning and growth.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
