Tanggung Jawab
- Execute efficient cash, credit card, and e-wallet sales transactions with high accuracy.
- Perform daily banking deposits and financial reconciliation in compliance with company standards.
- Provide expert advice to customers regarding product features, benefits, and current promotions.
- Ensure the store environment remains organized, attractive, and aligned with brand merchandising guidelines.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent stock-outs.
- Maintain strict adherence to company policies, internal controls, and data privacy protocols.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in retail sales or cashiering roles.
- Strong numerical skills with experience in POS systems and digital payment gateways.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong sense of integrity and high attention to detail regarding financial transactions.
- Flexible to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to thrive in a high-traffic, results-oriented retail environment.
