- Execute cash, credit, and e-wallet transactions with precision and security
- Process banking transactions and maintain financial records accurately
- Ensure strict compliance with cashiering procedures and company policies
- Drive sales through exceptional customer service and product knowledge
- Assist customers with inquiries, returns, and product recommendations
- Monitor and reconcile daily sales reports and transaction data
- Support inventory management through stock checks and replenishment
- Train and mentor junior sales associates on cashiering protocols
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years retail or customer service experience
- Proficiency in handling multiple payment methods (cash, credit, e-wallets)
- Knowledge of basic banking transaction procedures
