Tanggung Jawab
- Operate cash registers, handle cash and credit transactions accurately, and issue receipts.
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering queries, and recommending products.
- Assist in maintaining the visual merchandising standards of the store, including restocking and organizing displays.
- Guide and mentor junior sales associates to ensure team success and high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate low-stock items to the store manager.
- Actively promote store promotions, loyalty programs, and seasonal sales to customers.
- Ensure the checkout area remains clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School diploma; a Bachelor's degree in any field is an advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, specifically in cashiering and customer service.
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate cash handling and basic register reconciliation.
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems and retail software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Passion for sports, fitness, and an active lifestyle.
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays at Acienda, Silang.
