Tanggung Jawab
- Process cash, credit, and e-wallet transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to company policies.
- Ensure strict compliance with cashiering procedures and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with product inquiries and resolving concerns.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through upselling and cross-selling strategies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales environment for all customers.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with the store team to optimize workflow and store performance.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in retail sales or cashiering, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of payment systems, including cash, credit cards, and e-wallets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Integrity and reliability in handling cash transactions.
