Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer sales transactions via cash, credit, and e-wallet payments accurately.
- Ensure compliance with cashiering procedures and banking transaction protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to enhance the shopping experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and merchandise displays.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and cycle counts.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
- Support team members in achieving store sales targets and operational goals.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2-3 years of experience in retail sales or cashiering, preferably in a senior or lead role.
- Strong numerical and cash handling skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Proficient in using POS systems and basic computer applications (e.g., Excel, email).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree in Business or related field is preferred.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by the retail schedule.
