- Process cash, credit, and e-wallet sales transactions with precision and efficiency
- Execute banking transactions while maintaining strict cashiering compliance standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized assistance
- Monitor sales floor operations to ensure optimal customer experience and visual merchandising standards
- Train junior associates on payment processing systems and customer service protocols
- Conduct daily cash reconciliations and report discrepancies to management
- Collaborate with store team to achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Implement loss prevention measures to safeguard company assets
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales or cashiering experience
- Proficiency in handling multiple payment methods (cash, credit, e-wallets)
- Strong understanding of banking transaction protocols and financial compliance
- Excellent communication skills with customer-centric approach
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
