Tanggung Jawab
- Process cash, credit, debit, and e-wallet transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Ensure 100% compliance with company cashiering policies and banking protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers with inquiries, product information, and store promotions.
- Perform end-of-day sales reconciliation and report generation to ensure financial accuracy.
- Maintain store cleanliness and assist in visual merchandising to drive sales performance.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management for stock replenishment.
- Assist in loss prevention efforts by maintaining high awareness of floor activities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail sales or cashiering role.
- Strong numerical proficiency and experience handling various payment systems.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- High school graduate or college level/degree holder in any field.
- Demonstrated integrity and reliability in handling financial transactions.
- Ability to work flexible retail shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and retail operations.
