- Process cash, credit card, and e-wallet payments efficiently and accurately.
- Perform banking transactions, including cash deposits and withdrawals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and product recommendations to drive sales.
- Assist in inventory management and store organization to maintain stock levels.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly revenue targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Vocational Certificate in Retail or Sales.
- At least 2 years of experience in a retail sales or cashier role.
- Strong numerical skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Trustworthy and reliable, with a proven track record in handling cash.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with POS systems.
