Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge, style recommendations, and personalized shopping experiences
- Drive sales achievement by understanding customer needs and effectively communicating product features, promotions, and brand heritage
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain store presentation and brand aesthetics
- Manage daily transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling and security protocols
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and loss prevention measures
- Train and mentor junior sales associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and operational procedures
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets and maintain a positive shopping environment
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in footwear or fashion accessories
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse customers
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and basic retail technology
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail management certification is advantageous
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus for multi-lingual customer interactions
