  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement and effective selling techniques.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Monitor stock levels, conduct regular replenishment, and ensure accurate inventory counts.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash, card, and digital payments securely.
  • Provide personalized product recommendations and style advice to customers, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Mentor and support junior sales associates to develop their skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with the store management team to implement promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Uphold brand values, policies, and procedures, including health and safety standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in footwear, fashion, or accessories.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management is advantageous.
