You will be the face of our brand, serving a discerning clientele. We value consultants who can transform a simple purchase into a meaningful experience. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving store performance while representing the elegance and sophistication that Dejade Jewellery stands for.
Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver personalized, high-touch luxury service to an international and local clientele.
- Act as a brand storyteller, educating customers on the provenance, quality, and design of our jewellery collections.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with VIP clients through effective CRM management.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining boutique operational standards.
- Assist in visual merchandising to ensure the boutique reflects our premium brand identity.
- Handle inventory management and maintain meticulous records of luxury assets.
- Participate in exclusive brand events and activations to promote store engagement.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in luxury retail, high-end jewellery, or premium fashion.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills with a confident, polished, and professional demeanor.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs.
- Proven ability to manage high-net-worth client relationships.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for jewellery, design, and artisan craftsmanship.
- Willingness to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and public holidays, in the Orchard district.
- Proficiency in CRM software and standard Point of Sale (POS) systems.
