Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the daily operations of the retail store.
- Drive sales targets and exceed monthly/quarterly performance goals.
- Train, coach, and develop sales associates to ensure high service standards.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and process stock orders.
- Ensure the store is visually appealing and aligned with brand standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
- Monitor staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or supervisory roles.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Passion for women’s fashion and lifestyle products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
- Proficient in using Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Degree in Business or Retail Management is a plus.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
