- Drive store sales by providing excellent customer service and personalized fashion advice to clients.
- Mentor and guide junior sales associates to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards on the shop floor in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, stock take, and stock replenishment.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Assist the Store Manager in executing promotional activities, window displays, and seasonal campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably within fashion or lifestyle brands.
- Strong passion for fashion trends and a keen eye for visual merchandising.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, including weekends, public holidays, and flexible shifts.
