- Deliver exceptional customer service by providing personalized styling and product advice.
- Meet and exceed monthly individual and store-wide sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with VIP clients through effective CRM management.
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
- Manage inventory levels and perform regular stock counts to ensure product availability.
- Handle complex sales transactions and provide after-sales support with professionalism.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends in watches, jewelry, and luxury fashion to advise clients confidently.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in luxury retail, specifically in watches, jewelry, or high-fashion.
- Strong command of English; proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.
- Proven track record of achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a polished, professional appearance.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
