Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing industrial clients within the valve market.
- Provide expert technical advice and product consultations to customers regarding valve specifications and applications.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and technical proposals.
- Conduct site visits and product demonstrations to ensure clients understand the value of VNV brand solutions.
- Collaborate with the internal engineering and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets assigned by management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Technical Sales role, preferably in the valve or industrial manufacturing sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of valve types, materials, and industrial piping systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to travel frequently to client sites and project locations.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
