- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to develop targeted sales strategies
- Exceed quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining high client satisfaction
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and competitive intelligence
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience with enterprise software solutions
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of ERP and accounting software landscapes
- Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales methodologies
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
