Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, target, and acquire new hospital and clinical accounts to expand the surgical device product footprint.
- Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, OR nurses, and hospital management.
- Conduct product demonstrations and clinical presentations to showcase the value and efficacy of our surgical technologies.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and clinical evaluation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Provide technical support and training to clinical staff to ensure optimal product adoption and usage.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and hospital procurement policies to refine sales strategies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Biomedical Science, Nursing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven track record in medical device sales, specifically within surgical or operating theater environments.
- Strong understanding of the Singapore healthcare landscape and hospital procurement processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license is highly preferred for field mobility.
- Ability to interpret clinical data and translate technical features into clinical benefits.
