Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales activities to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets for Avaland Berhad.
- Identify, cultivate, and manage a robust pipeline of potential clients and leads.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies in the Subang Jaya and Selangor region.
- Organize and conduct property viewings, open houses, and exclusive sales presentations to prospective buyers.
- Negotiate terms of sale, including price, closing dates, and contingencies, to secure contracts and agreements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, sales activities, and contract details in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to coordinate promotional events and advertising campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in property sales or real estate brokerage.
- Valid Real Estate Agent (REA) license is mandatory.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the local property market, including legal processes and regulations in Malaysia.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid Malaysian driving license with own transport.
