Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in aesthetic/beauty industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Fluency in written and spoken English; Bahasa Indonesia proficiency required
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing sales teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
